The song was written by all four members of the band at the time of the release
of one of their best singles, "Cigarettes, Women And Wine." This was the flip side
and Rod Cloutt was now involved as guitarist and keyboard player. Rick Foster
had decided to call it a day with the band because he wasn't happy with the rockier
direction they were going in, particularly with their B sides. "I See You" was another
much heavier record, far removed from the pop material and lightweight tracks
recorded by the band much earlier.

This track was well received by fans, many of whom were beginning to see comparisons
with The Sweet, who were writing much heavier original songs for the B sides of their ultra commercial hits, showing that there was a rock band trying to get out!  The chugging,
throbbing rock guitar riff on this is very pleasing, as is the slide guitar intro which leads
nicely into the track. It returns after the first chorus to complement the rhythm guitar work.

We haven't been able to track down the lyrics to this song and after several attempts
at deciphering them we gave up. If anyone can pour any light on what they are then
you are better people than us!  Please send them in and we will add them on this page.
